The Billboard Housing Units are experiments in American residential architecture that can be implemented into the dense urban city centers. Southern California is not only known for the beauty of its nature, its lifestyle and warm climate – but also for its deeply rooted heritage in modern architecture. Affordable living within the city that comes with a view is hard to come by.
We convert existing billboards into one bedroom apartments while maintaining the outer shell. Each unit offers a generous roof terrace that offers each tenant a magnificent 360 degrees view over the city.
